website www.mediciofficial.com (the “Website”), operated by MEDICI NOLESA
JEWELRY GROUP SARL, registered in Rabat, Morocco. By using this Website, you
agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. General Conditions
• By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have
legal parental/guardian consent.
• All purchases made on the Website must be confirmed via WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any
time.
2. Products & Orders
• All jewelry sold is set in 18kt gold and includes gold, precious stones, and semi-
precious stones in both ready-made and raw material forms.
• Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Orders are processed once full payment is received or, for amounts up to 50,000 MAD,
via cash on delivery.
• Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks for production.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver across Morocco.
• In-stock items are delivered within 2-3 days. Custom orders or items to be produced take
up to 4 weeks.
• The customer is responsible for providing a valid address and contact information.
4. Payment & Fraud Prevention
• By completing a purchase, you agree that all information provided (name, address, phone
number, etc.) is accurate and legitimate.
• Any form of fraud, including identity or payment fraud, will result in judicial proceedings.
5. Limitation of Liability
• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all
content on the Website is error-free.
• We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party shipping providers.
6. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be settled in Moroccan
courts.
